- Orders and formation of the contract
Placing an order in our store constitutes a purchase request, subject to validation and acceptance by Sonlux.
The sales contract will be considered formed when:

9.3 Failed deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to repeated absence, an incorrect address, lack of cooperation with the carrier, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we may offer reshipment or a partial refund, deducting any logistics costs actually incurred, where applicable.

customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, or local charges may apply in the destination country; such amounts, unless expressly stated otherwise, will be the customer's responsibility; and delivery times may be affected by customs controls or local authorities.
Sonlux is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, border inspections, or regulatory restrictions in the destination country.
It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the product can be legally imported into their country and to bear the associated costs, where applicable.
- Right of withdrawal and returns

Products that are clearly personalized or made according to the customer's specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
